STEPS FOR ADMISSION

Inquiry and Application
- Visit our Website or School Office: Start by making an inquiry via our school website or visiting our school office. You can also contact us directly through phone or email for any further information regarding our programs, fees, and facilities.
- Complete the Application Form: After you’ve gathered the necessary information, you can fill out an application form online or at our school office. The form includes essential information about your child’s previous education and personal details.
Submission of Documents
Applicants are required to submit the following documents:
- Birth certificate or age verification document
- Recent passport photograph
- Academic records or report cards (if transferring from another school)
- Medical history or health record
- Proof of address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement)
Entrance Examination (if applicable)
- For Primary and Secondary school applicants, an entrance examination may be required to assess the student’s academic abilities in subjects such as Mathematics, English, and Science.
- For Creche & Pre-School applicants, no formal examination is required, but an informal assessment may take place to understand the child’s readiness for school.
Interview and Interaction
- After the entrance exam, shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview with the principal or a member of the admissions team. This interview helps us understand the child’s interests, strengths, and areas for improvement. It also gives us an opportunity to meet with the parents and discuss the school’s vision, values, and expectations.
Admission Decision
- Once the application, entrance exam, and interview have been reviewed, we will inform parents about the admission decision. Successful applicants will receive an Offer of Admission outlining the next steps, including the payment of fees, submission of additional documents, and preparation for the school year.
Acceptance and Enrollment
- To confirm a place for the student, parents must complete the enrollment process by submitting the required fees and signing the admission contract.
- Upon acceptance, we will provide parents with all necessary information regarding orientation, school schedules, and other important details for the upcoming academic year

Age Requirements: We have specific age requirements for each section (Creche & Pre-School, Primary, and Secondary). Our team will provide guidance on the age criteria based on the student’s date of birth.
Placement in Appropriate Class: Children may be placed in classes based on their age or academic level, depending on the results of the entrance exam and the informal assessments.
